Dr. Neal was born and raised in Prince Georges County, MD. She completed her Bachelors of Science from the University of Maryland College Park, majoring in Neurobiology and Physiology. She completed graduate studies in Advanced Biomedical Sciences from California State University East Bay. She received her Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Detroit Mercy School Of Dentistry in Michigan. 

 

Dr. Neal aspires to provide accessibility to dental care for underserved populations, as well as to enhance the dental IQ of the community at large. 

 

Dr. Neal has returned back to Southern Maryland with her family and daughter who keeps her busy and joyful.
